Gifts to The Peterson Fund enable the Institute of Natural History to stay true to the extraordinary legacy of Roger Tory Peterson, the 20th century’s foremost naturalist.

That legacy includes his collection of art, writing and photography, as well as a national leadership program in teacher education and exhibitions of nature art, all within in a wonderful building designed by Robert A.M. Stern.
