RTPI is bringing you a new exhibition! In the meantime, the ground floor will have limited access October 30 through November 8. Anderson Gallery, Mezzanine, trails and gift shop remain open with free admission.

Art After 5 featuring Miranda Wilcox

Miranda Wilcox is a repeat performer here at RTPI and with good reason. This talented young lady is a multi-instrumental singer/songwriter offering a versatile arrangement of live music. Miranda Wilcox is a solo musician who plays an acoustic live set consisting of R&B, pop, country plus original songs. Her style spans multiple genres and decades from the 1980s to the present. She was the opening act for Roger’s Bird Day Bash last summer, taking the stage ahead of Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root, and giving a knockout performance!

Additionally, you can be among the first to tour our newest exhibition, Wildwing: Paintings by Rosalie Haizlett. In May of 2023, Rosalie Haizlett spent a week immersed in the Peterson collection as an Artist-in-Residence. Her resulting project, Wildwingserved to rekindle her childhood appreciation for backyard birds near her home in West Virginia.

Exciting news! We have partnered with The Southern Tier Brewing Company for future Art After 5 events in 2024. Going forward, an STBC brand ambassador will be present at all Art After 5 events to provide the first beer of the evening. Not a beer drinker? No worries. Your drink ticket can also be used for a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage from the RTPI bar. We’d like to thank the STBC for their support.

A ticket to this Art after 5 gets you 2 hours of live music, light bites provided by Elegant Edibles Catering, and a complimentary beer provided by our friends at the Southern Tier Brewing Company. In addition, you have access to all the current exhibitions, including Small WorldsAn Abundance of Riches, and Wildwing.
