Whether you’re planning a wedding, business meeting, staff retreat, celebration of life, client event, baby shower, or another special gathering, the Roger Tory Peterson Institute offers a variety of distinctive rental spaces in a truly unforgettable setting. Our one-of-a-kind lodge-style building is nestled among the beautiful woodlands of Western New York, providing a peaceful backdrop that your guests will remember.

We offer flexible spaces to suit a wide range of events. Our Classroom is ideal for board meetings, workshops, and retreats, featuring a built-in projection screen and seating for up to 50 guests in a variety of room configurations. Planning a wedding? Exchange your vows on our beautiful front patio with space for up to 75 guests, then celebrate with a tented reception on our spacious back patio overlooking the Peterson Preserve. Additional spaces are available for both private and corporate events.
