Yoga with the Birds returns for another summer of relaxing Saturday morning yoga classes amongst the beauty of the RTPI patio. Tree lined and frequented by feathered friends, the patio makes for a picturesque backdrop for an hour of breath and movement.
This week’s instructor, Karen Hansen, teaches Raja Yoga – basically a relaxed breath centered hatha that centers and calms the mind.
