From an early age, Roger loved nature. He loved art. When he was eleven years old, he spied a clump of feathers on the side of a tree. A bird. Asleep? Alive? He didn't know. He sneaked up and touched it. The northern flicker -- very much alive -- took off in a bust of golden wingbeats. from that moment, he was hooked on birds. Hooked on drawing birds.
We want every child to have their own Roger Experience. Come hike our Art and Nature Trail. Whatever you discover along the trail -- a bird, a tree, a sculpture -- come inside to our new Art and Nature Lab and draw it on our interactive art wall.
There are lots more art and nature ideas we're exploring. Please check back soon.
